Second day attempting to get to my grandfather's flooded house in Maderia Beach, vehicles were still blocked from the neighborhood or Gulf Blvd without a proper permit. After speaking to the sheriff I learned I can access the neighborhood by foot or bike. I strapped the Insta360 X4 to the bike and rode it into the neighborhood and got to see utter devastation with nearly every building with storm surge damage and Furniture and personal belongings being brought out to the streets.

I made it to the house and that will be the subject of the in this next video, in the mean time, some ASMR type raw footage of the neighborhoods and was able to make it out to Gulf Blvd for some footage until the camera died.
