Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Silverliner V train on the SEPTA Manayunk/Norristown line meet with Norfolk Southern local Train in Norristown at the Norristown transportation center.

In a rare move, the NS local crew asked SEPTA dispatchers for permission to operate up towards bridge then reverse back towards Kalb creating an interesting dynamic between SEPTA and Norfolk Southern. Typically, SEPTA provide time slots for them to execute their trackage rights on the SEPTA Norristown line.
