50g grated Cheddar Cheese plus extra for topping
50g unsalted Butter
150ml milk plus extra for brushing on the tops
Half teaspoon salt - if you are using salted butter leave this extra salt out
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon dry Mustard
Good pinch (held between finger and thumb) of Cayenne Pepper
