Friends, I recently learned that Caspian sprat is better than Baltic and Black Sea sprat, since it surpasses both of them in the content of useful substances. This news served as another reason for me to be proud of our native Caspian Sea! And so, in order to announce this publicly, and of course, in order to show you how I salt sprat, today I decided to salt our sprat with spicy salting.
