I've never really used insert nuts so in this video I'm figuring out what diameter holes I need to drill and playing around with some M8 Tee Nuts, M6 insert nuts and some M8 Rivet nuts.

This was 3 years ago. I know everything now but thanks anyway.
Rivnuts are for metal.
You can get a spec sheet at the manufacturers website.
You can use a driver instead of a handheld tool.
