Today is a 25-minute full-body workout routine that mixes warm-ups and main exercises.

This is an intermediate to advanced routine that includes explosive movements like jump squats.

If you don't have weights like dumbbells or kettlebells, you can apply more exercise load by increasing the speed of the movement or explosive movements like jump squats.

For those with bad joints or who are overweight, I recommend that you exclude movements like jumps and replace them with slower, more static exercises like dumbbell goblet squats.
