Spark the Electric Jester 3 is a game that took me completely by surprise. I wasn't expecting this unassuming indie game to become one of my all time favorite games in just a couple of days. The game is heavily inspired by the early 3D sonic games and attempts to build on the adventure formula created in those games, and it succeeds with flying colors. Spark 3 is brilliant 3D platformer in its own right but also manages to keep the spirit of Adventure era sonic alive.
