Until recently engineering colleges particularly the IITs had a dearth of women in STEM. However, the recent influx of unicorns & bootstrapped start-ups by women & the inspiring journey of women across the Globe has reignited the passion of girls & women engineers to focus and pursue a career in STEM. IIT Madras Alumni Association is here to do its bit by presenting the inspirational & motivational journey of some very simple but impactful women in STEM.
