Cold Searing Steaks means you use zero cooking oil which means no oil mess. You simple start your steak in a cold pan and cook on high for 2 minutes, flip, two more minutes. Then turn the temp down to medium and repeats flipping the steaks until the steak is done to your liking. I love this cold pan searing method!
