An edit of the Battle of Moria using footage from "An Unexpected Journey" and "The Desolation of Smaug." I made it as a warm-up/practice project before beginning my edit of the entire "The Hobbit" trilogy, where I combined the three films into one while following the book.

This edit shows the full battle without any narration or cutaways. The editing is not very professional, I have improved extensively since then and an updated version of this Moria sequence can be found on the Special Features of my "The Hobbit" re-edit.

Changes:
-Removed narration & present-time scenes throughout the battle
-Inserted 2 flashbacks into the original flashback
-Added background sounds to repair silences from removing narration, including new Orc grunts, weapon sounds, and ambience
-Added 2 Khuzdul war chants in the background
-Thorin's war cry has a subtitle (neo-Khuzdul + English)
-Video & audio transitions redone
-Original music re-layered on to fill in silent gaps and improve mixing
-Color correction to make flashback scenes match with original battle (But could not remove the cloudy 'flashback' effect)
-New outro with panning aerial shot
-Added in intro/credits at beginning & end respectively
