Pokémon Sleep, a fun-filled game that transforms your sleep into an exciting adventure. Simply put your smartphone next to your pillow, sleep, and wake up to a score and more Pokémon around Snorlax. Your sleep will be categorized into three styles with corresponding Pokémon, adding variety to your mornings!

Partner with the island's Snorlax and Professor Neroli to uncover different Pokémon sleep styles. Get hands-on with Pokémon GO Plus +, a device that records sleep with a button press, linking with Pokémon Sleep using Bluetooth Low Energy technology. Pikachu's voice even reminds you when it's time to sleep or wake up.
