These past few weeks have been challenging for me mentally, physically, and emotionally, and being alone helped me to process my emotions without relying on external validations. I need to detach from every situation I had in my life to regain my self-control and self-love.

In this video, I will share with you why I love being alone and what I love about being alone. Becoming okay with being alone is something that I didn't expect from me as a people-pleaser and FOMO. Living alone is not lonely; I enjoy living alone and discovering more about myself.
