Here is a simple method of making a 5 gallon bucket Air Chiller to keep a fermentation chamber at temp or to cool a warm room (small one).

I used:
5 Gallon Bucket, W/lid,
2" PC pipe,
2" to 1 1/2" nozzles,
Spray Foam,
concrete form
6 inch fan.
