After Grete Häusler had experienced healing from three incurable ailments in 1950, during a lecture of Bruno Groening in Munich, and through her reports on that in her hometown, several help seekers and interested people had taken notice of Bruno Groening, she invited him. In May 1952, Bruno Groening came to St. Veit and held a lecture. On the following day, he was supposed to give another lecture, but then he received a ban on speaking and healing.
