Hey pilates hotties! Today we have a low impact pilates workout with resistance bands! You can use a band that's connected or a flexband and tie it for this workout. This is a great way to challange our pilates exercises with added resistance. If you don't like squats skip to 2:42 for side lying legs instead!!
