Just unreal! Wow! Amazing! All words of wonder that came out of the mouths of the arborists at the demo we held at Beaver Tree Service in Ft Atkinson, WI this afternoon... Gary of Buxton Work Saws brought out his plethora of saws he ported this week and we demoed them for the Beaver Tree guys as well as Jace of Pippin Tree Service! This Stihl 046 is just gnarly as all get out though... it really is unreal. When Gary ports these babies they just move like crazy through the wood!

It also helps that we brought a brand new Simington Square Chain grinder to Gary and helped him get all the chain converted over to Square ground! This combination of Archer Australia chain and Square is just wicked! Don’t just take our word for it though, watch the video and see what you think!

We port serious work saws with the partnership of Just Send It Saws and Buxton Work Saws! Our saws go through a porting package where we port and polish the cylinder, port the muffler, machine the cylinder, advance the timing (as needed), jet the carb (as needed), and any other small tweaks as necessary. While we don’t like to promise gains on our saws, our goal is to get the best performance out of the chainsaw while still walking the fine line with reliability and longevity.
