After adding HTV or heat transfers, I usually DIY an off the shoulder sweatshirt..and that gets me asked a lot about how to cut a crewneck sweatshirt off the shoulder. The trick is knowing where cut...and how NOT to cut. I also cut the bottom off to make a DIY cropped sweatshirt.
