Yield: 1 qt
1 c uncooked egg noodles or 2 - 3 TBSP uncooked rice
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped or grated carrots
1/3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried onion flakes
chicken broth to fill qt jar

1 - Add all the ingredients to a qt jar
2 - Fill jar with chicken broth, leaving 1" headspace
3 - Process in hot water bath for 3 hrs.
