When starting a new language, it’s common to feel overwhelmed about where to begin, right? 😅

Memorizing words, learning grammar, practicing pronunciation… It might seem like there’s too much to prepare. But actually, it doesn’t have to take that long! ⏰

In this video, I’ll show you how I shortened the preparation process and quickly got started with reading and listening. These are the methods I learned while studying Indonesian, and I’m sure they’ll be helpful for you too! 😊

I decided to learn Indonesian for 300 days, and although it’s hard to believe, I was able to start listening and reading within one day, felt comfortable after a week, and within just two weeks, I could do basic reading and listening! 📚

At first, even the simplest sentences felt completely new, but now they feel more familiar. If you follow this method, you can also learn languages faster. The important thing is not to strive for perfection but to start quickly, even if it’s not perfect! 😉

When learning a new language, you might think that you need to master the alphabet first, but actually, you don’t have to. 🙅‍♀️ As long as you can somewhat read, you can jump right into input activities.

By listening, you’ll naturally learn the alphabet as well. So, don’t be too much of a perfectionist! 😌

Also, instead of getting stuck on difficult materials, it’s better to choose simple and easy ones. When I started learning Indonesian, I began with simple mini-stories. 😄

This method helped me get accustomed to the language quickly. Try reducing your preparation time and dive straight into reading and listening! 📖👂

Consistency in learning is also really important! Dedicate focused study time, even if it’s just 1 hour a day. 💪 Use your spare time to repeat listening. Whether driving, walking, or anytime your mind is free. 🚗🌳 The key is to repeatedly listen to audio that you can understand to some extent. That way, your listening skills will improve rapidly! 🎧

When I was learning Indonesian, everything felt new at first, but through repetition, I became more familiar and gained confidence. Of course, I still encounter many unknown words and often use the dictionary, but now I’m much more familiar with sentence structures. You can definitely do it too! 🌟

So, how about joining this 300-day challenge with me? It’s not too late to start now, so let’s study consistently together! 🤗 If we support each other and stick together until the end, we will surely achieve great results.
