Hey guys, here is my latest original release entitled "My Black Dog".

It's depression awareness week this week so I wanted to share this song as a statement about mental health and wellbeing. I really hope it resonates with some of you; please share it with someone and subscribe if you enjoy it. I really believe this topic is not talked about enough, given that 1 in 4 of us now suffer with some kind of mental health issues, I hope we can help to end the stigma by speaking up and using our voices.
