Yanyuwa Indigenous people from Gulf of Carpentaria, Northern Territory are working together at the forefront of protecting and managing Australia's unique, natural environment and resources to preserve knowledge and culture.

In recognising Indigenous people's relationship to and aspirations for country, these Caring for our Country videos recognize that protecting the environment is a shared responsibility and that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's knowledge about land and sea shouldn't be overlooked but celebrated and used to care for our environment.
