In this video, I take you through the process of turning a beautiful sycamore banana bowl on my Record Power Coronet Regent wood lathe. Using Easy Wood Tools mid-size and full-size range with standard rake cutters, I'll demonstrate each step from shaping to finishing.

I start by shaping the bowl and then sand it smooth using Klingspor Abrasives, working through grits from 120 to 400. To give the bowl a stunning finish, I apply multiple coats of Hampshire Sheen Danish Oil.
