Manchester United will reportedly rebuff Getafe's attempts to keep Mason Greenwood on loan for a second season as the club looks to cash in on the academy star. The La Liga club have held talks over retaining Greenwood's services this summer, but United are set to take him back before a permanent sale.
Getafe signed the 22-year-old forward on a season-long loan on deadline day last summer after it was decided that his career was best served away from Old Trafford.
He is reportedly enjoying life away from the spotlight in Spain, having moved with his partner, Harriet, and became a father last July.
Greenwood has made 24 La Liga appearances for Getafe, registering six goals and five assists and creating 23 chances.
