अदुवा, लसुन र डल्ले खुर्सानीको अचार \ How To Make Aduwa, Lasun Ra Dalle Khursani Ko Achar🔥

This pickle is one of my favourite side dishes. So I have made it again. It pairs so well with Nepali khana and khaja. Its smell is so appealing that you want to eat right away.


Ingredients:
Round red chillies - 200g
Garlic - 100g
Ginger - 100g
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin/coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 1 large spoon
Mustard oil - 100 ml
