Hi friends and welcome back to my kitchen. Today I am sharing with you a what uor large famliy eats in a week for dinner inspiration. This actually has 8 meals i think so you get a bonus idea! On the menu this week was roast salmon, pizza pockets, steak and shrimp on the grill, lasagna with homemade sourdough pasta, dutch baby with whipped ricotta cream, meatloaf, grilled chicken and a mediteranean grilled chicken with sourdough pita pockets.

Meatballs/Meatloaf
2 lbs ground beef/deer
1c oats (or bread crumbs)
2 eggs
½ C milk
2 cloves garlic, grated or crushed
1t garlic powder
1.5t Salt
1/2t Pepper

Sourdough Dutch Baby
2 TBS butter
6 eggs
2 C sourdough starter, discard
1/3 C whole milk
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Salt

Tzatziki
1.5 C Greek Yogurt
2 Cloves Garlic, grated
1/2-3/4 C Cucumber, grated with skin
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp Greek Seasoning
Dill, fresh or dried
1 tsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
