So apparently Jinhsi has time stop effects in Illusive Realm at the start, when she dodges she gains some Forte bar and time stop. The time stop works on every enemy inside Illusive Realm, yes including Bosses which makes the mode too easy, since Scar phase 2 will start to throw explosive cards on the ground Jinhsi will be midair whenever she is in Incarnation avoiding them.

At the start [Celestial Walker]: After Perfect Dodge restore Forte Gauge and trigger Loong's Reign(Time Stop), increase Spectro DMG Bonus.

After the 2nd Boss [Coruscation]: Enhanced Loong's Reign
Loong's Reign can be trigger when casting Resonance Liberation and grants Jinhsi Spectro DMG Bonus.
While Loong's Reign is active unleash thunder strikes on targets within the area, when Loong's Reign ends deal Spectro DMG.
