Chef Ferhat is here with the secrets to a perfect homemade burger. All you have to do is make it!

Ingredients

For the crispy chicken:
8 boneless chicken thighs
3 cups of ayran (or buttermilk)
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 clove of garlic

To coat the chicken:
2 glasses of flour
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
10 pieces of sesame crackers

To fry:
2 glasses of oil

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 clove of garlic
3 pickled cucumbers

For the Coleslaw salad:
1 thick slice of white cabbage
1 thin slice of purple cabbage
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons of salt

For the burger:
6 burger buns
6 teaspoons of mayonnaise
