A test of the Emergency Broadcast System from WEWS-TV, the ABC affiliate of Cleveland, Ohio. This aired on February 1st, 1987 during an episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show”.

For some reason, it takes like ten seconds before the attention signal starts sounding here. Don’t know if they weren’t paying attention or if their decoder was having trouble that day, but it’s rather strange to see.
