In this video I'll demonstrate how to roast a game bird on a spit over a fire. The total cook time for my bird was about an hour and forty five minutes. This was not a wild caught or hunted bird, but rather a grocery store find. I did make a shout out to Mike McQuilton from MCQ Bushcraft. Please see the link to his channel below. Rememeber that when it comes to wild cooking, it's usually safer to have your food overcooked than it is to have it too rare.
