**Update from 1/19. Just got back from the Apple store where I switched out the iPhone 8 Plus for an identical unit. The new phone has zero problems and charges very well in the truck. This is apparently an iPhone hardware issue where some devices don't work properly on the Toyota Charger. There are several cases identical to mine that can be found on Tacomaworld as well as in the Apple Support Communities.

I'm having issues using Qi Wireless Charging in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD OffRoad and would like to see if anyone has any suggestions. I'm using an iPhone 8 Plus with an Otterbox Statement case that I purchased directly from the Apple Store. If the phone is not in exactly the right spot on the charging pad, amber and green lights begin to flash and iPhone will not charge. The only way I've found way to remedy the situation is to turn off the truck and restart the ignition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

**Update - Tried charging without the case and the result was the same. Otterbox Statement case is not the issue.
