While most companies are sending drivers into the storms and hoping for the best, this one played it smart and left the back trailer empty for the driver to get home safely. Unfortunately the gold temps still caused his brakes to freeze up while putting his tire chains on, and he was stuck. They sent a mechanic up who was able to get the brakes free, but due to the steep hill the truck was unable to get moving again even with chains. So they played it safe and got everyone off the mountain, and then the next day they had me go up with the ‪@zackliftinternational4841‬, and they sent another driver and mechanic to get it out. By the time I got there they already had the brakes free again, and the tow point already installed in the truck, so my job was as easy as hooking up the cable and pulling him forward about a hundred feet to better ground.

They spent a little extra money and effort on their end, which made the job FAR easier on my end, and that is very much appreciated!
