Welcome to day 9 pf the Church Project

In this short video I am redressing a piece of sandstone walling. The stone from the chuch project is very large on bed which requires the a proportion of the Stone to be cut with a stihl saw to take the face off leaving a extra piece at the back. This is what is made into redress walling.

Redress was commonly used around the 80s in alot of housebuilding are West Yorkshire. Some smaller notable areas are to keep an eye out for Redress stone is Mirfield, Kirkheaton Bradley.
