I was finally able to get my batch of Cisco 7962 phones connected to FreePBX using a very helpful module called ChanSccpB & SCCP Manager. After weeks of trying using SIP protocol, I tried SCCP, and it worked flawlessly. You can run a simple Google search to learn how to install it for yourself.
