I've been working through lots of choices and decisions to make Frozen Orb as viable as possible since we received the PTR information and Content Creator Developer Interviews! In Season 4, we're going to have a real end-game that will require powerful builds! With the help of Tempering and Masterworking, we can easily freeze everything and deal massive amounts of damage.
