The film is shot in Valletta, the capital of Malta, known as Il-Belt (The City) in Maltese. The film opens with shots of the Floriana area. We see the streets with cars of that era, the War Monument "Monument tal-Gwerra" and the luxurious "The Phoenicia Malta" hotel.

The shots from the city continue from the moving car where the filmmaker is passing through the "Porte des Bombes" gate. We then see the buses of that era parked arount the Triton Fountain, the building structure of the city as well as shots of the port. The view changes to a street market, a general shot of the city from a certain height and a street with crowds of people coming and going.

The camera stops on a poster of Dom Mintoff, former Prime Minister of Malta, and a sign informing us that we are in Valletta. The film closes with the filmmaker entering the "The Phoenicia Malta" hotel.
