HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL MANGO SAGO

Cool off at home with the classic mango sago that everyone absolutely loves from Chinese restaurants. If you’re planning a Chinese feast at home, or any type of feast for that matter, make sure to serve this chilled dessert as a nice sweet ending. This is best prepared during summer, when Philippine mangoes are at their sweetest, but it’s also a great treat to enjoy all year round. Let’s start cooking #SimpolMangoSago!
INGREDIENTS
2 mangoes
1 cup mango puree
2 cups cooked tapioca pearls (sago)
1 cup chilled all-purpose cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
