How to Make Empanada
Full tutorial
Empanada Dough
Recipe
600 grams all purpose flour
250grams cold butter
2 tbspn sugar
1 tspn salt
1 tbspn vinegar
1 egg
180-200ml cold water

Filling

Chicken Empanada filling

½ kilo breast boiled and shreded
Small carrots peeled and cut into small cubes
200 grams potato cut into small cubes
100 grams green peas
2 cloves garlic mince
Small onions finely chopped
60 ml oil
½ cup water
100 ml all purpose cream

Heat pan put then oil or butter, saute onion and garlic,add carrots,potato,peas and chicken stir fry a few mins add water to cook the vegetables add the cream season with little salt and pepper make sure only little salt because.later on you will realize its saltiness
Let it cool then you can make this ahead of time or a day before you make empanada

Tips

1.Deep fry cooking
2.pwedeng freezer saka fry
3.wagpagdikit dikitin,maglagay ng parchment leave space kapag ni chill
4.)kapag bake pahiran ng eggwash then bake 190c 35 to 40 mins until maggolden brown
5.Kapag gumawa ng dough add water kapag matigas pa dapat sakto lang ang lambot
5.Sealed it well
