We have booked shared taxi (Sumo) from Tezpur to Tawang with total 10 passengers (4 in the back, 4 in the middle and 2 in the front excluding driver)

ILP pass is required, which is a permit to enter Arunachal Pradesh. It takes one day to get this pass. so apply prior to your date of travel.
