Several have asked about my hand brace. I don’t have an injury but I have an arthritic joint that is inflamed. I wear this most of the time and even sleep in it. When I’m not wearing it there is pain but with it very little. The idea is to wear it long enough for the inflammation to heal. It does restrict that joint somewhat but doesn’t get in the way of my crafting. I don’t even have to remove it to wash my hands. Note that is you have the same issue since it is very common in females and especially crafters to be careful not to adjust it too snugly. It doesn’t need to be tight at all.
