Hi Guys, welcome to the next episode of "MATES, WEIGHTS & MENTAL STATES".

Now my intentions for this series is to give you an insight as to the type of stuff me and my mates talk about, sometimes topical, sometimes not (almost always workout related). However the bigger picture is to give me and my mates (and anyone else who wants to join me) and opportunity to get together and TALK.

Ever since I was a at school, I think that the people I confided in most, looked up to and turned to for advice were my mates. I would wager that for a lot of men this is also the case. So, in a big way, your mates are and always will be your SUPPORT SYSTEM.

Although the sad thing is that men often throw themselves at work / family stuff and slowly drift apart from their mates and the people they trust, support and need. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, as we can find other support systems (wives, colleagues etc) but can mean that our learned way to gain support isn't as easily accessible as it once was.

In this video, we cover (amongst other things): EXERCISE ADDICTION

As was the case with the first episode, it’s a relatively long video. However as well as the complex and misunderstood subject of EXERCISE ADDICTION we ended up delving into lots of other topics and some things you wouldn't necessarily think play a role in exercise addiction (we're looking at you Social Media).

I think it is a great listen and think you'll certainly enjoy the final outcome, especially if you're into any form of exercise). Oh and I've upgraded my microphone so the sound is much improved since the first episode.
