塔塔粉1g cream of tartar ¼ tsp

乳酪蛋糕食材 Cheesecake：
奶油奶酪 900g cream cheese 8 oz x 4
香草精 12g vanilla extract 1 tbsp
鸡蛋 2个 two large eggs
淡奶油 165g heavy cream ¾ cup
糖250g sugar 1 cup
玉米淀粉 35g ¼ cup of corn starch
