While we where staying in Nara we took the train to Osaka and spend one day there. Honestly I didn't expect it to be anything special, but I was pleasantly surprised! The Dōtonbori was especially beautiful with the canal that runs through it. Our next trip to Japan will be in July and we are planning on going to Osaka again!
