this is my august reset, i'm also just reseting myself and hoping that for the best in terms of mental health, and going through life. it's okay to feel behind but you've got to remember that this is the path you've got to go through in order to become your highest self. you may feel like you're falling apart (i am too) but i feel like it has to happen in order to appreciate what's to come. sending tons of love, have an amazing week :)
