Five Star Resort Owner signs agreement to develop in Mandalika, Lombok

EBD Paragon, a US based Infrastructure and Real Estate development firm, has signed a formal agreement with the state owned Indonesian Tourism and Development Corporation (ITDC) to develop a five star beach resort in Mandalika, Lombok. The Grand Opening is Scheduled for December 2020.

PT PP Properti Tbk and EBD Paragon break ground on Paramount Lombok

Set to be the First Paramount Property to open in Southeast Asia, PT PP Property and EBD Paragon celebrated today the groundbreaking on the Paramount Lombok Resort and Residences Project in Mandalika, Lombok.

Inaugurated by the Coordinating Minister For Economic Affairs, Minster of State Owned Enterprises & Minster of Tourism, the event signaled the launch of the construction on this 535- Room Luxury Resort. As an American-Saudi joint investment, high officials from the American and Saudi Embassies in Indonesia attended the Ceremony and were joint by local officials and elites from the Business Community.
