The Directorate General of PKTN and the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) of the Ministry of Trade have sealed off the DNA Pro Akademi operation which carries out the business of selling expert advisors or unlicensed trading robots.

DNA Pro Academy is known to disobey by breaking the seal. Operational business activities are also circulating on social media. Veri stated that the DNA Pro Academy had committed serious violations. The trading robot company does not have a license according to its line of business. PT DNA Pro Akademi is alleged to have violated the provisions of Law Number 7/2014 concerning Trade, namely carrying out business activities selling expert advisors or trading robots using a multi-level marketing (MLM) system on the basis of legality in the form of a business registration number (NIB) with Standard Classification.
