Another dope time kicking it with local @crossfit athlete @michellebasnett of @crossfitcornelius. As we all know the Open is right around the corner and I wanted to capture another local strong athlete as she prep herself to compete. Its awesome being able to witness the determination and focus of an athlete with a goal. Hard work being put in at all times. Sty tuned for more content...
