Found out something weird and used it but idk why it happens(feel free to explain to me if you understand it, I suspect it's related to Lantern's special dodge mechanism not counting that as attack and that the next attack has to be from a dodge/jump to connect correctly in the code):
Lantern vs Valrahal at the start rush to get full charge bar before its' beam attack and make sure no projectiles or any attacks of Lantern are ongoing and that she has both of her dodges available(so basically don't dodge for a second or two before the beam, let the beam hit you - Lantern automatically dodges and breaks one Quantum layer, next must use only jump+charged attack it will break a 2nd Quantum layer without needing to wait another attack.

For AKA: Good luck. This hell took me 2 hours and even then not good enough :D
