Páraic Kerrigan, assistant professor at UCD, has marked 50 years of the founding of the LGBTQ rights movement in Ireland with his new book, Reeling in the Queers.

In it, he explores some of the lesser known stories of ordinary people who contributed to the movement, from the earliest Pride events to decriminalisation and Marriage Equality.
