State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller on Tuesday lost his cool after a reporter accused him of smirking while talking about the human tragedy of Gaza. This was after a reporter drew Miller’s attention a reporter by the science journal Lancet, which feared that the death toll in Gaza could stand at 186,000.
