Review of the Bear Paws Meat Shredder Claws. The meat was a pork shoulder that was cooked on a Traeger Pro 575 Grill. Meat was cooked low and slow until the internal meat temperature reached 204°. At that point I removed the meat and let it sit for 60 minutes to rest prior to Shredding the meat using the the Bear Paw Meat Shredding Claws.
